CosyWall has been installed in New Zealand homes for more than 20 years, and over time the product has been refined and improved.

It provides excellent thermal and acoustical insulation which can be added to existing wall cavities without the need to remove the internal wall linings. Instead, the insulation is blown in through small holes made in the external cladding or the internal linings.

Next, we use specialised equipment to fill the wall cavity with CosyWall insulation, ensuring optimal thermal density and complete coverage, even in hard-to-reach gaps and voids.


Step 3: Post-Installation Restoration
Finally, we meticulously restore your walls to their original condition, sealing and finishing all access points to maintain your home's weather-tightness and appearance, leaving your home cosy and energy-efficient.



Frequently asked questions

Does the insulation shrink or slump?
No. CosyWall is installed to a very high density so it won't slump or shrink. The high-quality product is long-lasting and doesn't deteriorate over time.
Can types of houses can you insulate?We can install wall insulation in most types of houses including brick and weatherboard. CosyWall is made in Europe and designed for the double brick cavity homes found in Europe. It can be installed against damp or wet surfaces and has specially designed water-repellent fibres. CosyWall is also ideal for weatherboard homes and we are experts at carefully installing insulation between the weatherboards and interior walls.
Can I install from the interior and exterior?
CosyWall Insulation can be installed from the inside and the outside of your home. However, internal installations are best done if you are already renovating or redecorating the inside of your home. Exterior installation is easier and can be done at any time.
How long does it take to install?
